SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained 32 oz. spaghetti sauce 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese Add meat, peppers, onions to sauce & sliced pepperoni to top, if desired Beat milk and eggs together; toss with cooked spaghetti. Mix at least half of sauce with spaghetti. Spread mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish or roasting pan, top with remaining sauce, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Return to oven for 20-30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 8-10. |
