TOMATO MICROWAVE SAUCE 
1 pkg. Rosetto Ravioli
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 onions, diced
2 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
1 tsp. dry basil (or fresh, chopped)
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Microwave oil, garlic and onion for 7 minutes on high in a 1 quart bowl. Begin boiling ravioli. Add tomatoes, basil, cheese, salt & pepper to oil mixture. Cover and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes. Toss with ravioli and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
