MICROWAVE WHITE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. hot milk
Salt and pepper
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Microwave butter in casserole dish 1 1/2 minutes. Whisk in flour until well mixed. Microwave 2 minutes, uncovered. Whisk in milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Microwave 6 minutes uncovered. Stir 3 times during cooking.

Microwave setting: high. Cooking time: 9 1/2 minutes. Use 2 quart round casserole dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
