HOT BRIE AND ALMONDS 
Sm. wheel of Brie cheese
Almonds
Flat rye crackers

Place Brie in small oven dish. Coarsely chop almonds. Carefully toast almonds in small amount of butter until lightly browned. Drain on paper towel. Cover top of Brie with toasted almonds. Heat in a 350 degree oven until cheese just begins to melt, about 6-7 minutes. Serve with the rye crackers for an appetizer or with the crackers and fresh fruit for dessert.
