SAVORY PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef round steak
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 lg. green pepper, cut in 1/2 inch strip
16 oz. can whole tomatoes
2 bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
Fluffy rice

Cut steaks into strips. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly. Add to crock pot with onion, garlic, and half of green pepper strips. Stir. Combine tomatoes, bouillon cubes, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into pot moistening meat well. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-12 hours.

One hour before serving, turn to high and stir in remaining green pepper strips. Serve pepper steak over hot rice. Serves 4. Can be fixed in skillet on top of stove in less time.
