STRAWBERRY SNOW SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (3 oz.)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream (soft)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
(You may substitute strawberries)

Dissolve Jello. Add ice cream until all melted; add fruit. Chill until slightly thickened, stir occasionally, then pour into buttered mold and allow to set.
