SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Combine onion, salt, soup, lemon juice and brown sugar in a microwave safe dish and cook in microwave oven 7 minutes, stirring twice.

Form ground beef into small meat balls, place balls in sauce and spoon some sauce over them. Cook in microwave 7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Remove from oven, stir in pineapple and heat 1 minute more. Serve over cooked rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
