EASY SUPPER | |
1 sm. pkg. instant potatoes (5 1/4 oz.) 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water 1 lb. ground beef 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (or 29 oz.) 1 can corn with sweet peppers, undrained 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. dry onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. grated cheddar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 9"x13" dish, blend potatoes, sour cream and 1/2 cup water. Pat firmly to bottom. Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in all but cheese. Spoon into potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. |
