MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, cut fine
2 tbsp. green pepper, cut fine
Salt & pepper
1 can cut green beans
1 can tomato soup
Mashed potatoes

Saute onion and green pepper until transparent (1 minute). Add ground beef, salt and pepper; brown. Add green beans (drained) and tomato soup. Mix well and place in casserole dish. Cook potatoes, mash them (6). Season them and place them on top of casserole. This may be frozen or put in the refrigerator for 1-3 days. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. (If refrigerator, remove 1/2 hour before baking.) Enjoy!
