1 pkg. mashed potato flakes or 2 c. mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Make mashed potatoes according to package directions.

3. Fry onion in butter until golden brown.

4. Stir into the potatoes and place in a casserole dish.
