CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) can or jar pimientos
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (drain)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans (drain)
5 c. cooked and diced chicken breasts
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice with 23 herbs and seasonings
1 c. grated cheese
Paprika

Cook rice according to directions on package. Combine all the ingredients except the cheese and paprika. Pour into two 9x12x2 casseroles or a large dressing pan. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
