CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs until thick and foamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until very well blended. Add oil and vanilla; mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add to sugar and egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.

Spread in a greased 11x15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into 1x3 inch bars. 30 bars.
