HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sliced ham
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/4 c. milk
10 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices (about 2 c.) white bread, buttered and cubed, cut off crust

In large bowl, beat eggs and add milk, mustard and salt. Beat well for 1 minute. Put bread cubes into a 9x13x2 inch casserole dish. Place sliced ham over bread crumbs and top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over cheese and chill for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Fresh fruit and sweet rolls add nicely to this dish. Browned, drained and crumbled sausage or bacon can be substituted for the ham.
