FRED HARVEY SLAW 
1 med. head fresh cabbage
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Shred cabbage and onion. Cover with sugar. Bring to boil sugar, salt, dry mustard, celery seed, peanut oil and vinegar. Pour over shredded cabbage. Let stand at least 4 hours before serving. Good for 4-5 days.
