EASY CINNAMON ROLLS OR DINNER
ROLLS
 
1/3 to 1/2 c. shortening
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Pour 2 cups of hottest tap water over these. 2 eggs

Add to above.

Stir into above.

Let rise until double in bulk. Roll out 1/2 of dough. Spread on butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up and slice crosswise, 1 inch thick. Let rise until double again. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 20 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing, if preferred, when almost cool.

For Dinner Rolls: Make 3 small balls in each greased muffin cup. Let rise to double. Bake.
