POT ROAST 
4 lb. bottom round roast
2 lg. onions, diced
2 tbsp. oil
1 bottle chili sauce

In pressure cooker, brown the meat in the oil. Remove meat and insert rack in the cooker. Return meat to pot, add the onions and pour the chili sauce over the meat. Rinse the bottle with 1/4 cup water and pour that over the meat. Cover and pressure cook for 40 minutes. Slice and serve with the gravy.
