SPICE ROAST 
Chuck roast
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 bay leaves
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/4 c. vinegar

Brown chuck roast in large Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook on low until tender.
