GOURMET PASTA 
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
12 oz. mushrooms
1 lg. Spanish onion, sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can solid white tuna
1 stick butter
3/4 c. wine (Sauterne)
Whole bunch parsley
Pecorino Romano cheese (lots of it)
1 to 1 1/2 lb. linguini

Heat pan. Put enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan, 1/4 cup. Add peppers, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Saute on raw side. Add 1 stick of butter. Add the solid white tuna. Add the 3/4 cup of wine. Add lots of Pecorino Romano cheese. Add large bunch of chopped parsley. Add above ingredients to cooked linguini.
