1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
12 oz. peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal

Mix sugar and Karo in saucepan. Bring to a boil and add peanut butter. Pour sugar and Karo and peanut butter mixture over cereal in large bowl. Roll into logs about 12 inches long. Slice in 1 inch slices.
