GOOD BUN DOUGH 
1/2 c. milk (warm)
1/3 c. warm water, dissolve 1 pkg. yeast in water
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour

In pan heat milk, shortening, sugar and let come to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool to lukewarm. Add egg, flour and yeast mixture. Beat 100 strokes once, let dough rise, then beat 50 strokes. Work out the dough, make rolls up, let the dough rise again and bake at 350 to 400 degrees until done.
