TACO DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained and divided
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped black olives
Tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir beef and onions in large skillet until beef is browned; drain. Spoon half of beans into greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with half each of beef mixture, chilies, salsa and cheese. Repeat with remaining beans, beef mixture, chilies, salsa and cheese.

Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Top with sour cream, green onions and olives. Serve with chips.
