CORN SALAD 
1 pkg. tiny frozen peas
1 (15 oz.) can shoe peg corn
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 sm. jar of pimentos
1/2 green pepper, diced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Pour over mixture and marinate several hours or overnight. (It's good for several days.)
