CORNED BEEF SALAD 
12 oz. can corned beef
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sliced green peppers
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. grated onions
1 c. mayonnaise
2 boiled eggs
1/2 can English peas, drained
1 sm. bottle olives, chopped
1 pkg. lemon gelatin

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Sprinkle plain gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water and stir over low heat until dissolved. Add to mixture of lemon gelatin and cool to jelly like form. Break corned beef into small pieces and fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in all other ingredients and pour into mold. Chill in refrigerator. Serves 8 to 10.
