HERB-PARMESAN BREAD 
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough
2 tbsp. melted butter, divided
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, divided
3/4 tsp. crushed basil, oregano, or dill weed

Brush frozen bread with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Cover; thaw 2-3 hours; 6-10 hours in refrigerator.

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese; knead until well blended. Cut dough into 1/3's; roll each 1/3 into a rope on floured surface; braid 3 ropes together. Shape braid around greased baking dish on greased cookie sheet. Pinch end together. Brush with remaining 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese and seasoning on top. Let raise 35-45 minutes until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.

This bread wreath is great with a drink. Decorate wreath with a ribbon and silk holly before serving at Christmas time. Beautiful!
