DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. fat (hot shortening)
3/4 c. fluid milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in fat with a fork (or) two knives until crumbly. Add milk. Mix enough to wet dry ingredients. Drop dough from a tablespoon on greased baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees (very hot oven) 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
