HAWAIIAN STYLE CHICKEN 
11 oz. whole segmented mandarin oranges in light syrup
15 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple in its own juice (no sugar added)
10 oz. cherry pie filling
6 tsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 green pepper

Mix all together except chicken and pepper. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Simmer. While simmering, add 1/2 green pepper, cut into 4 pieces. sauce takes 20 minutes. Cook chicken at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour in baking pan (or until brown). Begin sauce 10 minutes after chicken is started. Drain chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and place back in oven for 5 minutes. (Turn the oven off for these 5 minutes.) Serves 2.
