EASY APPLE DUMPLINGS 
5 lg. apples, peeled & quartered
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits (10 count)

Pull biscuits apart to make 20 pieces. Flatten each piece enough to wrap apple quarter. Place apple quarter on piece of biscuit. Pinch dough together across top of apple. Place in baking dish.

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 stick butter

Pour syrup around dumplings, not over the top. Bake at 325 degrees until biscuit tops are brown and apples are cooked. Serve warm or as is with ice cream or whipped cream.
