HEART HEALTHY BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops, rinsed & dried
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. skim milk
Dash of paprika
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. or bit more of dill

Make white sauce with butter, flour, skim milk, paprika and pepper. Add wine to white sauce as it thickens. Add chives, parsley and dill and stir well. Add scallops and simmer 5 minutes (if scallops are large, cut in half). Pam spray casserole. Add all of the above after mixed together and top with corn flake crumbs and low fat Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 to 5 servings. Total 5 gm fat per serving.
