RED VELVET CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
2 tsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. red food coloring
1/4 c. Wesson or Crisco oil

Add the above ingredients to the cake mix. Make cake according to box directions. Pour into two 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts

Mix ingredients together. Spread on cooled cake.
