SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can tomato soup
1 can shrimp
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. plain gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat tomato soup. Add gelatin, shrimp, pepper, celery and onion. Slowly mix together. Add cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Pour into a greased mold (use mayonnaise to grease mold). Refrigerate.
