ROYAL RUSKS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in cream; add flour, soda and flavorings. Make into 3 long rolls. Bake until light brown at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut and place on cookie sheet to dry in 250 degree oven.
