2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar

Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Mix milk and vinegar and set aside. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 11x17 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients, then add confectioners' sugar. Frost while still warm. Add walnuts on top.
