HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 jar Ragu
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Ketchup to taste
1 sm. bag elbow macaroni

Brown meat with salt, pepper, onions, bell pepper and celery (all diced) to taste. Drain off fat. Boil elbow macaroni, drain, add to meat. Add Ragu, Velveeta cheese and ketchup. Mix together and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is brown on top.
