FAMILY BURGERS! 
1 lb. (or slightly more) lean ground beef
1 env. dry French onion soup mix (Lipton)
a splash of A1 steak sauce (go easy as it's real zesty...)
1 egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs (for homemade use white bread; toast, chop and crumble)

Add and blend all the ingredients with a wooden spoon, or with your clean hands... Be sure to wash hands when done, to prevent cross contamination!

Now add a little vegetable oil to frying pan, cook burgers on high heat for 2 minutes each side, drain off fats, turn down to medium heat and cook until done. Drain off fats... Do not BURN EM! Burned meat is - NO GOOD!

Now prepare your family to a hearty - BURGER!!!
