SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Make into patties, chill for 2 hours, then fry.
