FREEZER DINNER ROLLS
5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. dairy milk
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs

In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 packages dry yeast. Stir up and set aside. In saucepan put 1 1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/3 cup butter. Heat until butter melts. Cool to 120 degrees then stir into flour mixture with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup more flour and 2 eggs; beat on high speed for 2 more minutes. Then stir in with spoon the remaining 3 cups of flour. Stir well.

Then pour out dough in a big well greased bowl turning to grease top, cover and let rise in warm place for 45 minutes. Punch down, turn out on lightly floured surface, knead 4 or 5 times, shape into rolls and put in greased cake pan, cover and let rise 1/2 hour longer. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen. Can put into freezer if desired. Just don't let rise second time if you are going to put in freezer. When ready to use take out and let raise 1 hour. Bake same as above.
