"STICKY" CHICKEN 
Use large fryer or hen cut up in small pieces
1 lg. onion
3 cloves garlic

Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in small amount of oil. Drain oil from skillet and add onions and garlic until wilted place chicken back in large skillet and add water to cover chicken. Simmer until tender. Add green onions if desired. Serve over hot rice.
