PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) pumpkin (2 c.)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in large bowl. Beat until light and fluffy. In another bowl, sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Blend well. Spread ingredients in ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (soft)

Cream all together and frost squares. The frosting will harden a little more when it sits awhile.
