TOMATO PIE 
1 deep dish pie shell
3 - 4 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
fresh basil leaves

Bake pie shell 400 for 7 minutes. Put basil on bottom of pie shell, peel tomatoes and cut up. Add rest of ingredients to tomatoes and fold together.

Pour into pie shell. Top with parmesan cheese or crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake 30 minutes at 350.

Let pie set about 20 minutes before serving.
