GERMAN PANCAKES 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend in blender, melt 6 tablespoons butter and pour in baking dish. It will raise up and when cool will fall, and ready to eat with sausage and syrup. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. 9 x 13 pan.
