GERMAN SPAETZLES OR RIVELS 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 qts. chicken broth

Have broth boiling. Combine flour and salt in bowl. Make hole in center of flour and break eggs into it. With fingers start pulling flour into eggs and keep working until all flour is pulled in and you have little rivels of dough. Constantly stirring broth, with your fingers, sprinkle in rivels and simmer 5 or 6 minutes or until tender.
