STUFFED CELERY STICKS 
7 med. stalks celery
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. finely chopped, fully cooked ham
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Cut celery into 3 inch pieces. Make sure celery is completely dry. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread about 1 tablespoon in each piece of celery. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes approximately 14 pieces.
