CORN FLUFF 
1 can Mexi-corn
1 can creamed corn
1 beaten egg
1/2 box Jiffy corn bread
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
Onion
Salt and pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix together in casserole dish. Save some cheese to put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
