ENCHILADAS 
Tortillas
Chili
Enchilada sauce
Grated cheddar cheese
Tomatoes
Green olives
Green onions

Fry tortillas to soften. Fill with spoonful of chili. Wrap it and poke with toothpick. Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas. Add grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly. Take out and add tomatoes, green olives and green onions, all chopped. Use deep cake pan.
