1 med. boiled potato
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut

Add sugar, coconut and vanilla to mashed hot potato. Press into 8" square pan and cool in refrigerator. When hardened, pour melted unsweetened chocolate over and cool before cutting in pieces.
