1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Dream Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Bake cake according to directions on package. Cool. Mix Dream Whip according to directions on package. Add cream cheese and sugar. Pour on top of cooled cake. Add cherry pie filling and refrigerate.
