HAWAIIAN SPARERIBS 
3 lb. pork spareribs
Salt and pepper
Flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
Fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper spareribs. Roll in flour and fry until brown. Drain ribs on paper towel. Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger together. Pour sauce over ribs. Baste and turn ribs for 45 - 60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 20.
