CELERY SLAW 
1 onion, sliced thin
1 carrot, shredded
5 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar; beat then add sour cream. Beat again. Pour the dressing over celery and chill 3 hours. Before serving, add the onion and carrot, mix well. Serve. Serves 4 to 6.
