CARROT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING: Mix butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread on cake.
