2 c. pumpkin
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins or nuts
4 c. flour

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees. When done, spread icing on cookies, if desired.
